At Sacred Art of Sound, Judy offers both in-person and online sessions based on the understanding that everything is energy and vibration. Using sound healing tools like tuning forks, crystal bowls, quartzaphone, light language, and toning, these sessions help release emotional and physical blockages—stored stress, trauma, tension, and discomfort—restoring balance and vitality to your body and mind.

Judy’s work incorporates the principle of **entrainment**, where higher frequencies pull lower frequencies into themselves. As everything is energy, this clears the blocked energy in the form of cellular memory, emotions, tension, and disease from your body. Her sessions encourage deep relaxation, restore your body to its natural state, and help you feel more grounded, clear, and vibrant. At the same time, Judy’s work is multidimensional and helps you to access your timeless nature, multidimensional connections and soul knowing.

In-Person Sessions:

You’ll lie fully clothed on a rare monochord table—an instrument with strings underneath, tuned to support deep relaxation, emotional release, balanced hormones, parasympathetic nervous system which taps your body into it’s own innate healing abilities. Judy will use sound healing instruments and toning to help realign your body and mind with the frequencies of your light body essence.

Online Sessions:

Experience the same powerful healing in your own space (minus the table), in the comfort of your own space. Remote work is very powerful

In All Sessions You Will:

Receive sound vibrations from tuning forks, crystal bowls, quartzaphone, breathwork, light language and toning
Wear comfortable, loose clothing
Be guided inward through breathing, light language, and inspiration

60 minute Session –

90-Minute Signature Session

This extended session offers deeper time for soul guidance to support you in connecting you to your inner wisdom and providing insight into your physical, emotional, and spiritual light body integration.

Special Offerings:

Soul Connection for Parents and Children: 60 or 90 minutes – This offering is designed for parents who wish to deepen their connection with the soul of their child. Through an intuitive guidance and sound frequency session, Judy will help you attune first to your inner wisdom and to your child’s unique energy. Using sound tools like tuning forks, crystal bowls, and light language, this session fosters a deep opening to the soul bond between parent and child. You will learn simple practice for deep listening and soul communication.
Tune-Ups for Teens and Young Adults: 60 or 90 minutes – These sessions are especially effective for teens dealing with anxiety, depression, or confusion. Sliding scale and pro-bono options are available.
Addiction Support: 90 Minutes – As an addiction counselor, Judy offers deep compassion and effective sound healing for those in recovery or struggling with addiction. Sessions help you align with your inner truth and support your journey of recovery.
